Here’s my take: Honestly, I love both for different reasons! I love the darker wood as it’s more cozy and masculine here. I also love the more straight line legs and arms versus A-frame of the other. The fabric does appear to be nicer quality and woven. But then again, I love the lighter wood and more relaxed A-frame of the other! If I were buying just one as an accent chair, or if I had more of a formal feel to my room, or if I didn’t have any budget restrictions, I would go with the more expensive choice. But if I were buying more than one, had more of a laid back vibe in my room, or if I needed to be more budget friendly, I would go with the first choice! Truthfully… this is a win win!
