Building a Business That Serves the Life.
Thirteen years of building, leading thousands of people, and learning how to grow something meaningful without sacrificing the people it’s meant to serve.
How We Build
We started building businesses long before it was popular to talk about doing it from home. Over thirteen years we’ve led teams of thousands, spoken on global stages, and made just about every mistake you can make along the way. What we’ve learned is simple. A business should give your family more options, not fewer. It should create freedom, not another job you can’t step away from. And it should be built on principles, not hacks.
Harmony Over Balance, at work.
Balance asks you to give everything equal attention all the time. That has never worked for us. Some seasons the business leads. Some seasons our family does. The goal isn’t balance. It’s harmony: knowing what matters most right now, and building systems strong enough to carry the rest.
Built from home, on purpose.
Our business runs from our home in the Texas Hill Country, alongside six kids, a homeschool table, and a very full calendar. That’s not a limitation. It’s the whole point.
The Systems Behind It
A full life needs more than ambition. It needs a plan. These are the same planning tools we use to run our home, our family, and our business week after week.
Your family doesn’t need you to remember more. It needs a place for everything.
The Family CEO Planner is an undated, printable monthly planning system built on one idea: harmony over balance. Instead of giving every area of life equal attention, you decide what deserves your best energy this month and give yourself permission to let the rest wait.
Inside: The Season Check, where you choose what you’ll lead, tend, and rest each month. One Family Dashboard calendar, so every date lives in one place. Family Team, for sharing the load and planning family meetings. The Weekly CEO Reset and Tier Guide, for choosing three priorities and protecting them first. Pages for marriage, celebrations, school and learning, meals, wellness, finances, business, social media, home rhythms, home projects, and travel. A Brain Dump to open each month and a Monthly Reflection to close it.
28 pages, US Letter, including a Start Here printing guide. Print what you need, month after month, year after year.
