Wellness · Supplements

Simple, selective, and consistent.

I am careful about what goes into our home and our bodies. When it comes to supplements, my approach is simple: fewer things, chosen well, taken consistently.

I am not a doctor, and this is not medical advice. It is what we use and why, so you can make your own informed choices.

How I choose

I don't chase every new product.

There is always a new powder, pill or trend. Most of it is noise. I would rather build a few simple daily habits I can actually keep than collect a cabinet full of bottles.

I look for quality ingredients, brands I trust, and products that fit into a real life with six kids and a full calendar.

Questions I ask before adding anything

01

Does it fit my rhythm?

If it is complicated, I won't be consistent. Consistency matters more than intensity.

02

Do I trust the source?

I want to know who makes it, what is in it, and what is not.

03

Is it a foundation or a fad?

Sleep, water, real food, movement and sunlight come first. Supplements support a healthy life. They don't replace one.
